Emma Jane LennonEmma Jane started her career in the music industry by beginning a course in Sound Engineering course in Pulse Recording Dublin. Following her studies Emma Jane then proceeded to work as an assistant engineer in the prestigious Windmill Lane Recording Studios for 4 years, assisting on sessions for artists such as U2, The Cranberries and Kylie Minogue. It was here Emma Jane met with Biffco Managements Co director Richard "Biff" Stannard. A short stint as Biffco's assistant engineer soon led to Emma Jane crossing over to the business side of things and soon after assuming the role as Biffs personal assistant. Shortly after a move to Biffco Studios present location in Brighton EJ proceeded to undertake all management duties for Biff. Emma Jane has currently established a Biffco Office in Dublin, where along with continuing to manage Biff and oversee the day to day running of Biffco publishing, she now runs Biffco Management.
